Accountability – Personal Action
“Moreover, anyone who does not provide for his own people, especially for his family, has disowned the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”
1 Timothy 5:8
Throughout the Gospel, we are shown how many of the pharisees engaged in hypocritical behaviour by not taking appropriate personal action, in the care of their families, particularly their elderly parents. Personal action is essential for all believers, truly all people. Without acting out our faith, how are we to be considered followers of the one, true Adonai? Be straight on the Path and be bold in your actions, for by doing so, you are showing the world who you trust and believe.
Abba B’Shamayim, Heavenly Father, it is vitally important that we demonstrate our faith through acting in an integral manner. Thank you for the guidance You have provided us through Your Word. B’Shem Adonai Yeshua, Mashichainu, our Messiah, Amen.
